Made fresh in small batches, our Lemon Garlic Tahini Dressing combines the richness of organic raw sesame tahini with the brightness of freshly squeezed organic lemon juice and the savory punch of fresh organic garlic. Balanced with a touch of French grey sea salt and black pepper, this dressing is creamy, zesty, and deeply satisfying—perfect for salads, grain bowls, roasted vegetables, or as a dipping sauce.

Storage & Shelf Life:

• Refrigerated Shelf Life: 7 days from production

• Frozen Shelf Life: 30 days frozen; consume within 2–3 days after thawing

• From Arrival: Best used within 3 days of delivery for optimal freshness

• Always refrigerate or freeze immediately upon receipt. If freezing, loosen the cap first to allow for expansion and prevent bottle damage.

Important Note: This product is made fresh weekly. Due to the fresh, perishable nature of this dressing, refunds or credits are not available based on shelf life. Shelf life depends on storage. Keep cold at all times in bottom shelf of the refrigerator as heat shortens freshness. This dressing, like all nut- and seed-based blends, may naturally ferment over time. For best results, enjoy fresh and cold.
