Glaser Organic Farms accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. Your account will not be charged until you have completed the checkout process. Orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping. For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria. We are not responsible for typographical errors.
We do not accept personal checks, cash, money orders, CODs, retail store credits, in-store coupons, or any other alternative payment forms online.
Yes, PayPal is accepted at checkout. Simply select the PayPal option and you’ll be directed to log in and confirm your payment securely.We also offer PayPal Pay in 4, which lets you split your purchase into four interest-free payments — available to eligible customers at checkout.
You may see multiple charges if:
- Your payment attempt was submitted more than once
- Your bank temporarily authorized a charge but did not finalize it
- You placed multiple orders by mistake

At this time, we do not ship internationally or to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a valid street address at checkout to ensure successful delivery.

All orders are reviewed for verification and approval before processing. In some cases, additional time may be needed to confirm order details, which can delay approval. This helps us ensure accuracy, prevent fraud, and maintain product quality standards.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your package, shipping service selected, and the shipping destination. You’ll see the total cost before placing your order.
Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. This timeline excludes weekends and holidays. Once your order is packed and picked up by the carrier, your selected shipping speed will apply.
For overnight shipping: Orders must be placed by 2:00 PM EST, Monday through Thrusday, to ensure same-day processing. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends or holidays will ship the next business day.
During peak times and holidays, shipping delays may occur. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can use this number to check the delivery status through the carrier’s website. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available after receiving the shipping confirmation.
If you haven’t received your ground shipment within 5 business days, or your air shipment within 2 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please email us at onlineorders@glaserorganicfarms.com with your name and order number, and we’ll be happy to look into it for you.
If any item in your order arrives damaged, please do not return the product. Instead, email us at onlineorders@glaserorganicfarms.com with clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging upon receipt.
We do not accept returns of opened or used items, but we will review your email and work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible
