Gel Preparation Instructions:

2. Soak in a bowl of clean water for 6–12 hours. The sea moss will expand and soften.

3. Drain and blend with ¾ to 1 cup of fresh water until smooth.

4. Store gel in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
