Ingredients:
Conventional black rice (Forbidden Rice)

Cooking Instructions:
Rinse 1 cup of rice. In a pot, combine with 1¾ cups water and a pinch of salt. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 30–35 minutes or until tender. Let stand covered for 5 minutes, then fluff with a fork.
