Ingredients: Organic burdock root, organic sheep sorrel (including root), organic Turkey rhubarb root, organic slippery elm bark

Suggested Use: Simmer 1 ounce (approx. 28 g) of herb mix in 32 oz of purified water in a stainless steel pot for 10 minutes. Cover and steep for 12 hours. Strain and refrigerate. Drink 2–4 oz daily on an empty stomach, or as directed by a qualified healthcare practitioner.
