Millet is an ancient grain from Africa and northern China. It has a mild corn flavor and is naturally

Millet is high in nutrients, including B-vitamins, calcium,

To cook 1 cup of millet you need 2 cups of water. If you want a creamier porridge, increase the
water to 3 cups. Yeilds 3 ½ cups of
cooked millet.
Millet takes a few minutes to toast, about 15 minutes to
cook, and 10 minutes to fluff, so about 30 minutes total cook time.
