Our nut butter is made with a low temperature process with fresh organic raw Hawaiian macadamias. With a superb creamy texture it is more liquid at warmer temperatures and thicker when refrigerated (making it more dippable). No oils added. Oil separation can occur naturally. Be sure to mix thoroughly each time before using. No salt. Keep refrigerated for freshness. Our nut butters are kept cold before shipping. Hand packed in glass jars for purity.

Our Certified Organic Nut Butters are stone ground which means they were made without the use of heat. Stones roll slowly over the nuts gently smashing them into very fine particles and the natural oils are pressed out, this yields a very smooth and creamy nut butter. Nut oils will be naturally separate in this type of nut butter because there are no emulsifiers or stabilizers used to keep oils from separating. Our nut butters are 100% pure, natural, and hand-packed. If you receive your nut butter and the oil has separated, simply stir the contents with a clean utensil until the mixture is even. Keeping your nut butters in the refrigerator is the best way to keep the oils from separating and to prevent rancidity over a long time. However, if you are going to eat your nut butter within a month or two, refrigeration is not necessary.
