Medjool dates are an energy-dense fruit and known as the “king” of dates or the “crown jewel” of dates because they are the largest, sweetest, and softest date.  They originated in Northern Africa and the Middle East and are loved throughout the world today.  Our medjool dates are whole and sun-dried.

Dates are a natural delicacy prized for the sweet flavor, moist texture and restorative minerals, vitamins and fiber. They are a particularly good source of magnesium and fiber. 

Eat them whole, or dice them to use in salads, cereals, and sprinkled on N'ice Cream or baked goods.
