Dandelion is very common throughout the world, to the point that they are considered a weed. Dandelion tea has many healing qualities, including its ability to detoxify the body, regulate digestion, help in weight loss efforts, prevent cancer and chronic illness, protect the skin and increase bone strength, among others.
The dried organic Dandelion leaves may be used to make a tea and are naturally high in potassium salts. It is not advised to take dandelion herbs if your bile ducts are blocked or gall bladder is inflamed, or if you have a blockage of the intestines.
Daily serving size: Pour 8-12 oz of boiling water (212 F) over 1 tsp. of tea. Steep 3-4 minutes.
