Creamy Cashew Umami Dressing,12 oz.

This delicious dressing will enhance any salad, transforming a simple bowl of greens or vegetables into a unique culinary experience.   A loanword from the Japanese, umami, can be translated as "pleasant savory taste," and it's a perfect way to describe this creamy cashew dressing.  It’s great for a salad, on top of steamed vegetables, or to dip crudité.

Ingredients:  Purified deep well water, organic raw sesame tahini, organic raw cashews, fresh squeezed organic lemon juice, Bragg's Aminos, organic raw agave, organic raw nutritional yeast, fresh organic garlic, French grey sea salt, organic black pepper.

Refrigerated Shelf Life: 7 days (from production)

Frozen Shelf Life: 30 days in the freezer, (2-3 days after thawing).

Due to high perishability these items will not be considered for refund or credit because of limited shelf life.

Please be aware our creamy dressings are made once per week, we suggest you use the product within 3 days from time of arrival.  If you decide to freeze the product, loosen the cap before putting the bottle in the freezer to avoid breaking the bottle when full - as freezing causes the product to expand.

Shelf-life depends on how the product is treated and/or stored.  If the product is allowed to warm, shelf-life diminishes rapidly. When the product is kept very cold, shelf-life extends.  This product (and all dressings made from nuts and seeds) loves to ferment, so keep it cold, and enjoy it sooner than later.
