South Florida raw bee pollen must be kept frozen to maintain its integrity when stored.

This is non-dried, completely raw, naturally harvested bee pollen in its purest form. 

Bee pollen is often referred to as nature's most complete food. It contains most of the nutrients necessary for human survival. It also provides anti-oxidants that scavenge and eradicate  free radicals which are caused by exposure to radiation, chemical pollutants and other physical and/or emotional stressors. Because bee pollen provides such high nutritional and anti-oxidant power, it aids in the rejuvenation of the body by stimulating glands and enhancing vitality and quality of life.

Suggested use:

For preventive purposes a common adult dosage of granules is initially 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon, once per day.

Adults suffering from allergies are best to start with 1- 3 granules daily, then gradually increase the dosage by 3-4 granules daily until reaching 1/4 teaspoon daily.
